Newsletter #9 – Are you living from habit — or from freedom?

✨ A note from Guido

For many years, I lived mostly from what I now call my acquired self — the part of me that tried to fit in, adapt, and please others. I didn’t realize it at the time, but by not living from my True Self, I left so much of life untouched. Relationships felt strained, work was harder than it needed to be, and inside I often felt like I was running in circles.

Those challenges weren’t “mistakes” — they were purifications. Life kept showing me, over and over, that something deeper was waiting to be lived.

When I began practicing the techniques of Conscious Creation, everything started to change. The endless cycles of struggle began to dissolve. Instead, I found more ease in relationships, more clarity in choices, more stability in finances, and a natural joy in everyday life. It felt like life finally opened up.

In this week’s blog, From Habit to Freedom: Living as Your True Self, I share more about this shift. And if you feel it’s time to explore this in your own life, I also offer one-on-one coaching sessions where we can go deeper together.

🌀 Quote of the Week

"The True Self is not a concept — it’s a living experience of your Being?"

Your True Self can’t be understood only with the mind — it has to be felt and lived in daily life.
When you step into it, you discover a freedom and wholeness that no idea or belief could ever give you.

Have a great week!

Newsletter #19. Which Self Is Creating Your Reality?
✨ A note from Guido Last week, I wrote about my broken arm being a blessing in disguise. What I didn't mention then: recognizing those blessings requires the same skill this week's blog is about—discernment. When something "bad" happens, your acquired self immediately knows what it means and rushes to fix it. But your authentic self? It stays open. It doesn't collapse the future into one pred...
Newsletter #18. The Power of Change  Lies in the Experience
✨ A note from Guido You may have noticed my silence these past weeks. I broke my left forearm—an unexpected pause that turned into something far more profound than I could have anticipated. Here's what I've come to understand: every manifestation, every circumstance, is feedback. My broken arm wasn't an interruption to my work—it was the work itself, showing up in physical form. In the forced...
Newsletter #17. The Christmas You Create: Beyond Expectations
✨ A note from Guido Christmas never quite turns out the way we imagined it would. We carry these images in our minds—the perfect gathering, the meaningful conversations, the peace that's supposed to descend like snow on Christmas Eve. And then reality shows up: family dynamics that haven't changed, conversations that stay surface-level, that familiar sense of something missing. It's easy t...
